Codemasters Dirt, released in 2007, reinvigorated rally racing on consoles. The sequel hopes to up the ante with a brand new career mode and true multiplayer. The first Dirt had a standard career path with an amazing menu presentation and the multiplayer didnt allow for any direct competition on the same track. All that has changed. Dirt 2 features a roster of contemporary off-road events, taking players to the most diverse and challenging real-world environments. This World Tour has players competing in aggressive multi-car and intense solo races at extraordinary new locations, from canyon racing and jungle trails to city stadium-based events.
